Assistant Manager - Business Consulting, Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

EY is recruiting an Assistant Manager for its Supply Chain & Operations - Procurement practice in the UAE. As a Procurement professional, you will use your analytical insight to help clients improve their procurement and sourcing performance, working within a team that covers spend management, procurement transformation, digitalisation, operations and ESG.

Key responsibilities

• Create commercial insights for clients and adapt methods to fit operational teams and cultures
• Contribute to thought leadership and improve operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives
• Work with clients at all levels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Required profile

• Strong background in procurement projects in industry or consulting
• 3 to 5 years' experience at a tier 1 consultancy
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience and passion for digital solutions, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG or leading supply chain solutions
• Ability to travel across the region
• Arabic speaking and reading is an advantage but not essential
