Assistant Manager Business Development - Arabic

About the role

The position supports the CSi Research function within Landmark Group, turning research, feedback and market inputs into actionable business recommendations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape research priorities and improve insight impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage research and insight programs across business units, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with priorities.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative initiatives, including tracking studies, ad‑hoc research, customer and market projects.
• Synthesize findings into clear insights, recommendations and business‑ready narratives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define learning needs, frame business questions and translate findings into action.
• Oversee external agencies and partners, handling briefs, methodology review, quality control, timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, customer intelligence or related fields, preferably retail.
• Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods and their application.
• Proven ability to synthesize multi‑source data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, psychology or related discipline.
