Assistant Manager – Business Services Center

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Business Services Center. The role supports daily operations, ensuring efficient administrative support across hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the Business Services Center to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Coordinate administrative support for hotel departments, including documentation, procurement, and vendor liaison.
• Supervise and guide Business Services Center staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Conduct training and performance reviews to maintain Wynn's service standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
• Act as a key contact for internal departments, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare operational reports and present insights to management for decision‑making.
• Monitor adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business services, administration or operations within luxury hospitality or corporate environments.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hospitality management systems.
