Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to support Zabeel House The Greens in driving corporate business and achieving revenue targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will implement the sales strategy, nurture client relationships and maximise room occupancy across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy defined by the reporting manager to meet annual KPIs and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to ensure coordinated efforts and avoid redundancy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the property’s offerings, promotions, market trends and competitor activity.
• Monitor the revenue budget, forecast volumes and occupancies, and adjust actions to exceed targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for quarterly submission.
• Identify new business opportunities, convert inquiries and optimise existing accounts to maximise room‑night sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, including 1–2 years in a corporate sales role within a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of the local corporate market and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
