Assistant Manager Digital Channels – Digital Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Digital Channels to lead digital content across its upcoming resort. The role ensures consistent, high‑quality digital experiences across all guest‑facing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain digital content across CMS, DAM, website, mobile app, booking engine, CRM/email platform, and digital signage.
• Build and manage a master content calendar covering campaigns, offers, seasonal moments, and outlet activities.
• Publish, proof, and QA content across desktop, mobile, and app, ensuring link integrity and compliance.
• Maintain asset library with naming conventions, tagging, metadata, usage rights, and expiry tracking.
• Define content standards, approval workflows, version control, and train contributing teams.
• Oversee multilingual content and optimise for SEO, structured data, and AI discovery.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Spa, Entertainment, Gaming, Revenue Management, PR and IT to capture requirements early.
• Track content performance and refine messaging, imagery and calls‑to‑action.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital content management experience, with at least 2 years across multiple connected platforms.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality or multi‑outlet brand, preferably pre‑opening or major relaunch.
• Strong editorial judgement, proofreading skills and working knowledge of SEO, metadata and digital UX.
• Highly organised with ability to run content workflows and manage stakeholder approvals.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus.
