Assistant Manager – Employee Culture & Internal Communications

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager to support its People & Culture team in shaping employee culture and internal communications. You will help deliver a cohesive communication strategy that aligns with the resort’s values and upcoming launch.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the internal communications strategy and maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Draft, edit and coordinate announcements, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations and leadership messages.
• Manage content calendars, publication schedules and the internal engagement platform.
• Identify and tell impactful employee stories through multi‑channel content.
• Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and internal events.
• Provide communications support for change‑management projects and translate policies into clear employee messages.
• Collect feedback and engagement insights to improve programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing on employer‑branding content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or HR communications.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience managing internal communication platforms and supporting events in a complex organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to create visual content using Canva.
