Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer (Editorial)

About the role

The Editorial Graphic Designer will bring One&Only The Palm’s visual identity to life across editorial, digital, social, campaigns and commercial communications, supporting the resort’s luxury brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop editorial‑led creative concepts for campaigns, launches, seasonal moments and brand storytelling.
• Create sophisticated visual identities for new experiences, restaurants, partnerships and resort initiatives.
• Design assets for digital, social, print, email, presentations, events and guest touchpoints.
• Apply an editorial approach to photography selection, image sequencing and visual storytelling.
• Participate in photoshoots and content productions, shaping visual direction from concept to final execution.
• Produce motion, animation and other digital assets while maintaining a luxury aesthetic.

Required profile

• Highly visual, culturally curious and creatively brave with an exceptional eye for luxury editorial design.
• Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, composition, colour, imagery and art direction.
• Ability to develop modern, understated, sophisticated visual solutions that are culturally relevant.
• Confident presenting concepts and challenging conventional hospitality marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma (or similar motion‑design tools).
• Strong understanding of digital and social media formats.
