Assistant Manager / Manager – Business Consulting – Supply Chain

About the role

EY is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager / Manager to lead client engagement teams in the Supply Chain & Operations practice. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients to deliver procurement transformation services and support business development on strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large transformational client engagements and internal projects, establishing relationships with C‑level executives.
• Drive global and regional bids, proposals and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Present executive summary findings and recommendations to enact change.
• Manage multiple EY colleagues across levels and client team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, supporting their career development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience at a tier‑1 consultancy or in industry leading successful procurement transformations.
• Proven track record of managing staff on multiple projects and delivering high‑impact results.
• Outstanding academic record (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
• Ability to travel across the region.

Required skills

• Experience in spend management, category management, strategic sourcing and procurement operating model transformation.
• Knowledge of procurement digitalisation, ESG and third‑party spend management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
