Driver – Customer‑focused Logistics Support

About the role

Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking a reliable, customer‑focused Driver to support the Sales Department across the UAE. The role involves coordinating vehicle deliveries, handling logistics tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for customers while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute timely delivery and collection of vehicles across assigned locations.
• Inspect and maintain delivered and received vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Support logistics activities such as vehicle registrations, document submissions, collections, and customer transportation requests.
• Maintain demonstration vehicles – cleanliness, fuel availability, and readiness.
• Monitor Salik tags, vehicle mileage, and related records accurately.
• Adhere to UAE traffic regulations, company safety requirements, and defensive driving practices.
• Report incidents, vehicle issues, or safety concerns promptly to the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Driving License (Category 3 and 5) with 2‑3 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics assignments efficiently and independently.
• Professional, courteous customer‑service mindset.
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
