Assistant Manager, Medical Representation

About the role

The Medical Delegate will ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition infant products to medical and paramedical professionals across the assigned territory, ensuring compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes and Nestlé’s internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote breastfeeding as the optimal feeding method and provide accurate infant nutrition information to healthcare contacts.
• Organise and support scientific meetings, seminars and guest‑lecturer events for medical and paramedical audiences.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage, prospecting, competitive intelligence gathering and CRM data management.
• Increase hospital presence of Nestlé infant nutrition products and drive product availability.
• Develop long‑term professional relationships with healthcare professionals through face‑to‑face interactions, conferences and events.
• Ensure strict adherence to WHO code, Nestlé instructions and local regulations in all activities.

Required profile

• UAE nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
