MOH Licensed Pharmacist

About the role

GMG Group is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join its pharmacy team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, providing customer counseling, and supporting the pharmacy’s operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, suitability, and required drugs.
• Provide customers with information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Achieve sales targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling across Super Care categories.
• Order, receive, and manage pharmaceutical and medical supplies, maintaining proper stock and handling.
• Comply with local pharmacy regulations, including labeling, preparation, and delivery.
• Maintain pharmacy records required by authorities such as the Dubai Health Authority.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing issues.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as inventory management, expiry management, and merchandising.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid MOH license or eligibility letter.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a registered pharmacist in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English.
