Assistant Manager, Medical Representation (UAE National) - Part Time

About the role

Nestlé Nutrition is looking for a part-time Medical Delegate (Assistant Manager, Medical Representation) based in Abu Dhabi, open to UAE nationals only. The role covers ethical detailing of Nestlé Nutrition products to medical and paramedical contacts, in line with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk substitutes, Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote breastfeeding as best for babies and provide reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices to medical and paramedical contacts, acting as a reference advisor on these topics.
• Take part in organizing and running product knowledge, nutrition or related scientific meetings, including sponsorship and inviting guest lecturers.
• Cover the territory efficiently, gather competitive intelligence and maintain the HCP database in the CRM system, submitting reports on time.
• Propose communication and educational material for the territory and increase the availability and share of Nestlé infant nutrition products in hospitals.
• Build long-term professional relationships with HCPs and medical decision makers through face-to-face contact, seminars, conferences and events, and organize key HCP events in the territory.
• Ensure full compliance with the WHO Code, Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

Required profile

• UAE nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, medicine, nutrition or dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
