About the role

The Assistant Manager – Retail Credit will support the Retail Credit team by overseeing company approvals and maintaining the portfolio of listed employers. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, conducts field verifications, and acts as a liaison for employer queries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

Review and implement company approval policies and criteria for new and existing company listings.
Perform verifications and conduct employer site visits for new proposals and existing listings.
Maintain and update the Approved List of Companies, handling additions and modifications.
Monitor market and industry trends that may impact the retail portfolio sourced from listed companies.
Handle employer‑related queries received from all channels, including RCC, branches, and other business units.
