About the role

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Talent Intelligence leads end‑to‑end recruitment assignments while strengthening talent intelligence capabilities. The role blends traditional recruitment expertise with AI‑enabled sourcing, automation and data‑driven decision making to attract and secure high‑quality talent for critical business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex recruitment assignments from intake through offer management, ensuring quality, pace and alignment with business priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑enabled tools, digital sourcing platforms and professional networks.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Adopt and champion AI‑enabled recruitment technology, automation and digital tools across the hiring lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, influence hiring decisions and maintain transparent candidate communication.
• Use recruitment data to monitor pipeline conversion, time‑to‑hire and source effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including end‑to‑end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and conduct structured assessments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and offer‑closing skills.
• High ownership, organization and attention to detail.
