Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of the hotel’s brand strategy. Working closely with senior marketing leaders, you will help drive brand consistency, market presence, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a team to create and launch innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines in all communications.
• Produce compelling content for digital platforms, media, and events.
• Foster community partnerships to enhance the hotel’s visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue, and other functions to align marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to monitor trends and competitor activity.
• Manage the marketing budget for cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Track campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive digital initiatives including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of experience in marketing or related functions.
