About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a client in the travel industry, based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing and paid advertising.
  • Drive brand development, market research and customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Build strategic partnerships and lead the marketing team’s performance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Passionate about travel and highly motivated to achieve results.
