Assistant New Product Development Manager

About the role

Kayali is seeking a motivated Assistant New Product Development (NPD) Manager to join its Supply Chain team. In this role you will coordinate the end‑to‑end product development process, ensuring new fragrances move from concept to market on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NPD projects from concept generation through launch, tracking timelines, quantities and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, Regional Markets, S&OP and Logistics teams.
• Help build and maintain the 24‑month launch calendar in partnership with brand leaders.
• Provide launch feasibility analyses and scenario planning using project‑management tools.
• Create detailed launch timelines, monitor milestones and adjust plans based on supplier feedback and project evolution.
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas and recaps, and ensure task completion across all stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reduce development lead‑times while balancing risk.
