Assistant Nurse – Chronic Disease Management

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking Tagalog‑speaking Registered or Assistant Nurses to join its growing network of multidisciplinary clinics across Dubai. The role focuses on chronic disease management and delivers patient‑centred care in modern outpatient settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to English and Tagalog‑speaking patients.
• Support physicians during consultations and procedures, including patient assessments and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Administer prescribed medications, perform venipuncture, blood collection and IV cannulation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans while adhering to DHA, infection‑control and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Current residence in Dubai with a valid DHA Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse licence (or DHA eligibility letter).
• Bachelor’s degree or recognised diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum two years post‑registration nursing experience.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog with strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work a five‑day clinic roster.

Required skills

• Valid BLS certification.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and blood collection.
• Independent IV cannulation.
