Assistant Nurse – Fetal Medicine

About the role
The Assistant Nurse – Fetal Medicine will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care within the Fetal Medicine department, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role supports a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality care for expectant mothers and their babies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with MCME risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a supportive and safe environment.
- Participate in continuous learning initiatives to enhance nursing competence.
Required profile
- Nursing Diploma (essential).
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country (essential).
- UAE experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Eligibility for consideration under the UAE Emiratization programme.
