Assistant Nurse – Maternal Foetal Medicine Clinic

About the role

The Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse to join its Maternal Foetal Medicine Clinic. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in line with clinical standards, legislation and hospital policies.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks according to MCME risk policies.
• Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the multi‑professional team to coordinate care for maternal‑foetal patients.
• Contribute to a learning environment that enhances employee competence.

Required profile

• Nursing Diploma (minimum 18‑month programme).
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• At least two years of nursing experience in the applicant’s home country.
• Preferably experience in a Maternal‑Foetal Medicine, Obstetrics or Gynaecology clinic; UAE experience is a plus.
