About the role
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is recruiting one Assistant Nurse for its maternity postnatal ward. The nurse provides patient-centred, evidence-based care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in line with ethical and professional standards set by regulators and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, working with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with MCME risk policies, procedures and legislation.
- Create a supportive environment that promotes positive patient experiences, as guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Required profile
- Nursing diploma.
- Valid BLS certificate.
- At least two years of nursing experience in your home country; UAE experience is desirable.
- All applicants are considered, with preference given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program.
