Assistant Outlet Manager at Shimmers

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join SHIMMERS at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam as an Assistant Outlet Manager starting October 2026. You will support daily outlet operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and help drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of outlet operations, maintaining service standards and procedural compliance.
• Engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with financial performance through inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management and revenue optimisation.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, handling training and workforce planning.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance and profitability.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management; Health & Safety certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years experience in hospitality or food & beverage, preferably luxury environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards and cash handling.
