Assistant Outlet Manager – Italian Specialty Restaurant

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the overall management and daily operations of an Italian specialty restaurant and bar, ensuring optimal performance across all areas while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the outlet manager in overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets related to revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, with supervisory or assistant management experience.
• Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian dining concept is highly desirable.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, food and beverage service, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness of restaurant revenue and cost management.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
