Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Outlet Manager you will support the Food & Beverage operation at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth team performance in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction across all outlet services.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in line with brand standards.
• Guarantee the highest quality products are served.
• Develop and sustain a strong team environment through coaching and empowerment.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service consistent with Anantara’s brand and F&B standards.
• Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving through proper training.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Food & Beverage operations in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and product quality.
