Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Outlet Manager you will support the Food & Beverage operation at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily service. You will work closely with the outlet team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and ensure the highest quality products are served.
• Develop and sustain a strong team culture through training, empowerment and problem‑solving.
• Handle daily team member relations, scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service in line with brand and F&B standards.
