About the role
Al Ain University is seeking an Assistant Professor to join its Faculty of Law, focusing on Criminal Law. The successful candidate will teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervise research, and contribute to the university’s academic excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Criminal Law courses and related subjects.
- Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and support academic success.
- Conduct high‑quality research and publish in Scopus‑indexed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and course management aligned with university standards.
- Support accreditation initiatives at local and international levels.
- Guide students in career planning and foster community‑engagement activities.
- Supervise postgraduate students and assist their research development.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of university‑level teaching experience with a proven record of teaching excellence.
- Research publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and curriculum innovation.
- Fluent oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to contribute to university and college initiatives.
Required skills
