Assistant Project Manager - Residential Renovation

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC, a Dubai-based contractor specialising in luxury villa and apartment renovations, extensions, interior fit-outs, landscaping and bespoke joinery, is growing and is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Project Manager. The role supports the planning, coordination, execution and delivery of luxury residential renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, manpower allocation and material requirements.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Follow up on authority approvals, procurement, RFIs, material submittals and shop drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential delays and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Support budget management, variations, cost control and client communications.
• Coordinate snagging, defect rectification and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out or construction project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of villa and apartment renovations, civil works, MEP coordination, joinery and high-end interior finishes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
