About the role

Join the vibrant CIAO PIZZA team at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, supporting daily operations and leading staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a role model and mentor for restaurant staff.
• Supervise the restaurant and related areas in the absence of the Restaurant/Bar Manager.
• Assign tasks, ensure timely completion and maintain quality standards.
• Motivate and coach employees, providing development plans and feedback.
• Ensure staff are trained on company values, job responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations and external standards such as OSHA.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide hourly employees.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and handle guest service issues.
• Commitment to safety, security and confidentiality.
