Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join one of Dubai's most prestigious ultra‑luxury hotels. You will lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a flawless and personalised guest experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of the restaurant, delivering exceptional service.
• Inspire, coach and develop the service team to meet daily goals and targets.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to maintain consistently high standards.
• Drive revenue through smart upselling, product knowledge and promotional activities.
• Manage rosters, stock, costs and operational reporting with precision.
• Handle guest feedback warmly, turning each interaction into loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and attention to detail.
• Calm and professional under pressure with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
