Assistant Server – Luxury Hotel Dining

About the role

The Assistant Server will support the dining team at Four Seasons Dubai, delivering a seamless and high‑quality guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with serving food, setting up and clearing china, glassware and silverware.
• Provide an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to Four Seasons standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or standalone restaurant.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
