Assistant Server - Pool & Beach (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Assistant Server will support the pool and beach dining outlets at Four Seasons Dubai, delivering attentive service to an international clientele while ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the server team in providing timely and efficient service, including delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting table settings.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, well‑organized, and presentable by bussing tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and restocking supplies.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and provide friendly, courteous service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• One to two years of experience working in Food & Beverage (preferred).
• Full proficiency in English and Russian.
