Assistant Server – Saikindō

About the role

The Saikindō Assistant Server supports the Food Server in delivering a high‑end dining experience at Saikindō, the Japanese‑inspired music and mixology bar inside Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. This position is part of the opening team and works directly with guests to ensure smooth service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience with quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer menu suggestions and respond promptly to guest concerns.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to Four Seasons service standards.
• Support the Food Server with any additional tasks required to maintain service flow.
