Assistant Shift Manager - Asset Protection

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager for Asset Protection to lead security operations across gaming and non‑gaming areas of the new integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all security operations during the assigned shift and act as the on‑shift authority for security matters.
• Direct the Security Supervisor in deploying the security team to maintain effective coverage.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, resort policies and security procedures.
• Oversee access control to restricted and sensitive areas and verify authorized entry.
• Coordinate incident response with the Security Operations Center, Corporate Investigations and other departments.
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers and review shift logs for accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ security leadership experience in large integrated resorts.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or a related field.
• High integrity, discretion and accountability.
• Strong analytical, risk‑based decision‑making capability.
