About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch Hollister is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Dubai. This is a full-time, multi-faceted role combining business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. The Assistant Manager drives sales results through analysis of the business and best-in-class customer service, oversees daily store operations, and leads the team from recruiting and training to engagement and development.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations
• Conduct staffing and scheduling, manage payroll and train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

• Team-building skills, self-starter drive and strong problem-solving skills
