Assistant Store Manager – Retail – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence in our Abu Dhabi location. This role blends business strategy, people leadership, and visual merchandising to ensure the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing routines and oversee daily store operations.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Train, coach, and develop non‑management team members.
• Maintain product knowledge, drive sales, and build visual displays.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets through inventory control and loss‑prevention measures.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑building mindset and self‑starter attitude.
• Interest in fashion and brand awareness.
