Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for our luxury 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The role will operate independently, handling everything from manpower requisition to new‑hire integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and managerial positions, from approved requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define job profiles, priorities and hiring plans.
• Publish vacancies on ATS, job portals, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, talent pools, referrals, agencies and social media.
• Conduct HR interviews, competency‑based assessments and coordinate interview panels.
• Oversee reference checks, background verification and pre‑employment documentation.
• Drive the onboarding process, preparing documentation, induction schedules and welcome activities.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university outreach and maintain relationships with agencies and hospitality schools.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of independently managing end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS platforms and job portals for sourcing and tracking.
• Ability to conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments.
• Experience coordinating with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
