Assistant Vice President - Domestic Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead its Domestic Marketing team, driving revenue growth across UAE, GCC and key MENA markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑market business plans to maximize theoretical win, ADT, frequency and yield.
• Lead VIP and Player Development teams, building high‑performance culture and managing relationships with VIP players, agents and premium travel networks.
• Design regionally relevant marketing programs, events and promotions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, Hospitality, Finance, Digital, Compliance and F&B to deliver integrated guest experiences.
• Oversee reinvestment governance, marketing budgets and expense controls to maximize profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in gaming marketing, VIP services or player development.
• Proven success driving multi‑market revenue growth in GCC, MENA or comparable regions.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in highly regulated and culturally diverse environments.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of player segmentation, reinvestment models, ADT and theoretical win.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and analytics proficiency.
• Regulatory and risk awareness in gaming markets.
