Assistant Vice President, PMO – AI Transformation

About the role

The EPMO is looking for an Assistant Vice President to lead its AI transformation and project manage the Group's strategic AI initiatives. The role drives the implementation of the EPMO team's strategy, services and deliverables, supports ad hoc strategic and special projects, and takes end-to-end ownership of the highest-impact projects and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, hands-on, the EPMO's AI transformation by building new tools, automations and products that improve productivity and management insights
• Design, build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows, ensuring adoption, data governance and continuous improvement
• Establish frameworks for initiatives, including methodologies, tools and organizational structures, and prioritize them in line with strategy
• Define milestones with Business Owners, identify interdependencies and manage risks and escalations
• Report progress, achievements, interdependencies, risks and challenges to Management
• Support Business Owners and sponsors in improving project plans and artifacts, and review quality and performance reports
• Manage change requests against approved policies and support ad hoc strategic and special projects
• Carry out research and analysis with the Strategy team as needed

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Project Management Office role
• Experience managing projects through their full lifecycle with teams of 5+ stakeholders
• Built and deployed AI tools, agents or automations into business use, and led AI initiatives from ideation to post-closing
• Experience managing a PMO in the real estate sector or corporate departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field; AI and PMP certification is advantageous
