Assistant Villa Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Assistant Villa Manager supports the Villa Butler team in delivering ultra‑personalised service to guests at the BVLGARI Resort Dubai. This on‑site position ensures the villas, corridors and back‑of‑house areas are immaculate and that the service standards reflect the brand’s luxury ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Villa Butlers and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and presentation of guest villas and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate highly personalised guest experiences, acting as the primary point of contact for service requests.
• Support management in evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, report incidents and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Interact with guests using clear, professional language and assist guests with disabilities.
• Utilise computer and POS systems for information entry and service documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong commitment to brand values.
