About the role

Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University seeks a full‑time Assistant or Associate Professor in Educational Technology to join its School of e‑Education. The role is campus‑based in Dubai and focuses on graduate teaching, curriculum design, and research in smart learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging graduate courses using advanced online learning platforms and innovative technologies.
• Design and develop instructional materials and e‑content specific to Educational Technology.
• Mentor and advise students throughout their academic journey.
• Create and facilitate professional short courses and workshops for target professional groups.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and pursue external funding.
• Support academic program accreditation and related service activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Educational Technology from an English‑medium accredited university.
• Proven record of successful graduate‑level teaching at an accredited university.
• Minimum five years of academic experience for associate‑professor rank.
• Strong research portfolio with high‑impact publications.
