Assistant/Associate Professor – Management & Leadership

About the role

The University of Khorfakkan invites applications for full‑time faculty positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in Management and Leadership. Appointments begin in Fall 2026 within the College of Business Administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct original, high‑impact research in Management or related fields and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Present research at international conferences and pursue external research funding.
• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses using innovative pedagogies, including blended and experiential learning.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and accreditation processes.
• Participate actively in departmental committees, student engagement, and institutional service.

Required profile

• PhD in Management or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
• Strong, consistent record of publications in internationally recognised, peer‑reviewed journals (Scopus, ABDC or equivalent).
• Demonstrated excellence in university‑level teaching and a student‑centred approach.
• Experience with AACSB, EQUIS or other international accreditation standards is highly desirable.
