Associate Architect – Dubai

About the role

The firm is seeking an Associate Architect to join its Dubai office. This position balances hands‑on design work with client interaction, allowing the candidate to stay close to projects while influencing their direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality, residential or commercial projects from concept through delivery.
• Manage client relationships, conduct presentations and lead high‑level stakeholder discussions.
• Support and mentor junior architectural team members.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and design direction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across complex developments.

Required profile

• Previous experience at Associate level or a senior architect ready to step up.
• Strong concept design capability.
• Proven track record on large‑scale projects in mixed‑use, hospitality, commercial or residential sectors.
• Experience within a recognised international design firm.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Middle East experience preferred but not essential.
