Associate Certification Tech

About the role

The Associate Certification Tech is an entry‑level position working under close supervision. The role involves handling certification documentation, material traceability and data entry within defined procedures and quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, record and enter approved drawings and material certificate records (MCR) into the system accurately.
• Generate traceability reference tables, record Computerized Inspection Requests (CIR) and ensure NDT results are entered after review.
• Maintain material traceability numbers and reference them to approved drawings and MCR indexes.
• Review and compile certification packages (drawings, WHSS, MTN NDT, PWHT, PMI, ferrite, hardness reports) for compliance before submission.
• Prepare as‑built dossier indexes, compile documents, and transmit hard and soft copies to project document control.
• Perform daily data entry of welding logs, NDT results and material traceability into the PCM system and ensure accurate project certification records.

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school graduate.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, Power Automation, Power Apps and Adobe Acrobat.
