Associate Certification Technician - Power Automation Apps

About the role

LutechResources is hiring an Associate Certification Technician in Dubai, an entry-level position carried out under close supervision and support. The role works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines. It covers certification duties, PCM data entry, documentation control and dossier compilation for project fabrication structures and piping.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, record and enter approved drawings into the system accurately
• Generate material certificate records (MCR), obtain customer and third-party approval and create the traceability reference table
• Record Computerized Inspection Requests (CIR) before performing NDT, and enter NDT results after review by the NDT coordinator
• Record Material Traceability Numbers against the approved drawing and MCR index
• Review certification packages (drawing, WHSS, MTN, NDT, PWHT, PMI, ferrite and hardness test reports) for compliance and sign-off before submission to customers
• Compile the as-built dossier index, prepare hard and soft copies, reproduce the dossier and send them to project document control
• Perform certification duties, PCM data entry, documentation control and dossier compilation for fabrication structures and piping
• Enter daily welding log sheets, drawing data, NDT results and material traceability into the PCM system
• Submit certification packages to customers and the certifying authority for review and approval

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school graduate
• At least 2 years of experience
• Basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process, and appropriate licenses or training certifications
• High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity, and compliance with the code of business conduct
