Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and expand our recruitment function for a fast‑growing data centre start‑up in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the talent strategy across construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Engage senior and C‑suite candidates, assess fit and guide them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive hiring across multiple verticals, including construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Oversee seamless onboarding processes to integrate new hires quickly.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated success recruiting senior‑level and C‑suite professionals.
