Associate Director – Project Delivery (BTS)

About the role

The Associate Director – Project Delivery (BTS) will lead the delivery, design and execution of multiple real‑estate projects for Dubai Holding Real Estate, ensuring they are handed over on time, within budget and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and documentation of job requisitions in line with workforce plans and business goals.
• Guide project management strategies and delivery activities together with Section Heads and Project Leads.
• Monitor progress of multiple projects, ensuring successful completion and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Drive communication plans and resolve anomalies during the project completion phase.
• Manage actual costs versus budget on a periodic basis and produce financial performance reports.
• Facilitate change requests, informing all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
• Lead compliant project and budget management across the portfolio, enforcing delivery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project delivery and construction management.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale real‑estate projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong financial oversight skills, including cost control and budgeting.
