About the role
The Associate Director – Projects will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple real‑estate projects for Dubai Holding Real Estate. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures projects align with the company’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and documentation of job requisitions in line with workforce plans.
- Guide project management strategies and coordinate delivery activities with Section Heads and Project Leads.
- Monitor progress of multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant completion.
- Develop and execute communication plans to resolve anomalies during project phases.
- Manage actual costs versus budget and produce financial performance reports.
- Facilitate change requests, informing stakeholders of schedule and budget impacts.
- Implement contractor mitigation plans, procurement, acceleration programs, and resource allocation.
- Support commercial functions throughout the client lifecycle and strengthen client relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project and construction management.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects in a real‑estate environment.
