Associate Director – Regulatory & Risk Advisory, Corporate Treasury

About the role

The Associate Director will lead the Regulatory and Risk Advisory (RRA) corporate treasury practice, shaping strategy, driving transformation programmes and building lasting client relationships across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic development of the corporate treasury practice, including capability building, solution innovation and revenue expansion.
• Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers, influencing investment decisions and shaping enterprise‑wide treasury transformation agendas.
• Lead complex client engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery, effective risk management and alignment with business outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury or advisory within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Proven track record leading treasury transformation projects such as TOM design, cash management, payment factories, liquidity forecasting or TMS implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, RFP responses and client relationship management.
• Fluent English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of treasury systems and experience in selection/implementation (Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION, etc.).
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Detailed knowledge of treasury product pricing and accounting treatments.
