Associate Director – Retail & Wealth Management Origination

About the role

The Associate Director – Retail & Wealth Management Origination is responsible for originating Treasury and Global Markets solutions for retail and wealth clients, focusing on priority and high‑net‑worth segments. The role combines client engagement, solution design, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver compliant, suitable products.

Key responsibilities

• Originate treasury and markets solutions for retail and wealth clients.
• Support revenue growth across FX, deposits, and approved investment products.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to identify and develop client opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to suitability, disclosure, and conduct standards.
• Assist with client education initiatives and product roll‑outs.
• Maintain accurate sales activity tracking and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Retail or Wealth Banking Sales / Origination.
• Strong understanding of retail treasury and investment products.
• High level of client advisory and relationship skills.
• Strong attention to governance and conduct standards.
