Associate Director - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Dubai Holding, a global investment company established in 2004 with a portfolio spanning 10 sectors, is hiring an Associate Director - Talent Acquisition. The role leads senior and executive talent acquisition across the Group, delivering complex and confidential searches, partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring decisions and strengthening the leadership pipeline. It reports to the Executive Director - Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior and executive recruitment assignments, including confidential mandates, develop search strategies, map the market, source directly and present calibrated shortlists
• Manage candidate engagement and offers, and partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition, Group Services and People teams
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions and talent availability, and support onboarding of senior hires
• Contribute to strategic talent projects, track talent programme milestones and improve recruitment processes and technology
• Support the identification and onboarding of executive search partners, manage supplier relationships and monitor spend
• Prepare executive hiring summaries, monitor quality and timelines, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and confidentiality

Required profile

• At least 15-20 years of experience in executive search, senior-level recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; HR, recruitment or executive search qualifications preferred
• Strong understanding of the UAE talent market
